PIGMENTO 013 is a water-dilutable pigmented primer, composed of organic binders in aqueous emulsion, selected aggregates, titanium dioxide, pigments and specific additives to improve its yield and applicability.
USE
PIGMENTO 013 is used as a white or colored preparation primer for interiors on lime, lime-cement, gypsum and plasterboard finishing plasters, before painting cycles. PIGMENTO 013, being pigmented, provides good and preventive coverage of the support. This feature sometimes allows saving a coat of the final paint, speeding up the work with excellent final results.
APPLICATION
For easier application, we recommend applying PIGMENTO 013 with a short-haired wool roller. However, the application can also be done with a brush, long-haired roller or airless.
Dilution by weight with water (referred to white): brush/roller with 15-20%. In airless applications the dilution varies according to the equipment and the operating pressure used.
It is advisable to carry out a preliminary test on the specific support to determine consumption. The finish can be applied after at least 4-6 hours from the application of PIGMENTO 013.
